Refund Policy

At The Buddy Box, we strive to provide you with fresh, high-quality Indian food and excellent service. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below:
 
1.⁠ ⁠Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
 
If your order is incorrect or missing items, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery or collection. We will do our best to resolve the issue by:
•Providing the missing item(s)
•Offering a replacement
•Issuing a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances
 
2.⁠ ⁠Quality Concerns
 
If you are unhappy with the quality of your food, please contact us immediately. Refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion. In some cases, we may request a photo or the return of the food for inspection.
 
3.⁠ ⁠Cancellations
•Pre-orders (Over 1 hour in advance): Can be cancelled with a full refund up to 45 minutes before the scheduled delivery/collection time.
•Immediate Orders: Once food preparation has started, we may not be able to offer a refund.
 
4.⁠ ⁠Refund Processing
 
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original method of payment. If you paid in cash, a refund will be arranged via bank transfer or store credit.
 
5.⁠ ⁠Third-Party Delivery Services
 
If you placed your order through a third-party platform (e.g., Uber Eats, Just Eat), please contact them directly for refunds or order issues, as we may not have access to their payment system.
